• Payment details This information is collected when you make a booking, attend a consultation, or receive a treatment. How We Use Your Information

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy. After that, it will be securely destroyed.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for clients aged 16+. For clients under 16, treatment will only proceed with signed consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time to comply with Australian law. The latest version will always be available on our website.

We aim to provide exceptional service and results. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, finding a cheaper service elsewhere, or deciding not to proceed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for standard appointment and 48 hours for doctor‘s appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with more than 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for doctor) : Your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for doctor) or no-shows: The deposit will be forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

Service Fees (Completed Services)

• Once a treatment or service has been completed, fees are non-refundable, unless required by law (e.g. if the service was faulty or not provided with due care and skill).

• Applies to all in-clinic treatments, cosmetic procedures, and consultations.

Treatment Packages

• Paid in full at purchase.

• Non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Unused treatments may be credited towards other services of equal or lesser value at our discretion (no cash refunds).

• Valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated.

Prepaid Credit / Top-Ups

• Non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Redeemable for any available treatment at time of redemption.

• Valid for 3 years under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Purchases

• Due to hygiene laws, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

• Faulty or damaged products may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• Proof of purchase required.

Gift Vouchers

• Non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash.

• Valid for 3 years unless otherwise stated.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds (as required by law) will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Respect for Staff & Clients

• Clients must treat staff and other clients with courtesy and respect.

• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Treatment Etiquette

• Arrive on time.

• Late arrivals may shorten treatment time but full fees apply.

• Phones must be silenced during treatments.

Honest Medical Disclosure

• Provide accurate and complete medical history.

• Withholding relevant information may result in refusal of treatment.

Hygiene & Safety Compliance

• Follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

• No eating, drinking, or smoking in treatment areas.

Zero Tolerance Policy

• We reserve the right to refuse service or end treatment immediately if a client is aggressive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or breaches this code.

General Use of Website

• Website content is for general information only and does not replace medical advice.

• By using our website or booking services, you agree to these terms and policies.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Medical Disclaimer

• Treatment outcomes vary per individual.

• All treatments require consultation and may need medical clearance.

Eligibility for Treatments

• Services are only provided if deemed safe and suitable.

• We may refuse treatment for medical or safety reasons (e.g. pregnancy, active infections, contraindications).

• Clients must provide accurate medical history.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required before or at treatment time.

• We accept EFTPOS, and major credit cards.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

• Cancellations/rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late arrivals may reduce treatment time but full fees apply.

Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for losses caused by reliance on website content.

• We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g. power outages, equipment failure).

• Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for refund if treatment was performed with due care and skill.

Intellectual Property

• All text, images, and videos are owned by Luxe Cosmetic Clinic.

• Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Policy Amendments

• We may update these terms anytime.

• All changes will comply with Australian Consumer Law and be published on our website.

1. Booking Deposits

To secure your appointment, a $50 booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
For certain treatments or services, a higher deposit between $200–$300 may be required. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least:
• 24 hours’ notice for standard appointments
• 48 hours’ notice for appointments with a doctor

Cancellations or reschedules made within the notice period will allow your deposit to be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for doctors) will result in the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

Notifications can be made via phone, email, or text message during business hours to be considered valid.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
For repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations, Luxe Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to require full prepayment for future bookings or to decline further appointments.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays to other clients. In such cases, the late cancellation fee will still apply, and your deposit may be forfeited.

5. Use of Photos and Records

Photos and clinical records may be taken before, during, and after treatments for documentation, assessment, and quality assurance purposes. These records may be reviewed by qualified practitioners, trainers, or company experts for internal professional purposes only, including clinical auditing.
Your records and images will be stored securely in compliance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and health record regulations.
Photos will never be published, posted online, or used in marketing without your separate written consent.

6. Refund Policy

We aim to provide exceptional service and results. In line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we do not offer refunds for change of mind, finding a cheaper service elsewhere, or deciding not to proceed.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason on our end, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking of your choice.

7. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking or upon arrival. These fees are non-refundable but may be credited towards a treatment if used within 4 weeks of the consultation date.

8. Appointment Deposits

Deposits are required for all bookings.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, reschedules with less than the required notice, or for no-shows.
• Deposits may be transferred to a future booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

9. Service Fees (Completed Services)

Once a treatment or service has been completed, fees are non-refundable, unless required by law (e.g., in cases where the service provided was faulty or not performed with due care and skill). This applies to all treatments, cosmetic procedures, and consultations performed in the clinic.

10. Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are to be paid in full at the time of purchase, are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Unused treatments within a package may be credited towards other treatments of equal or lesser value at our discretion (no cash refunds). Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

11. Prepaid Credit / Top-Ups

Prepaid credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may be redeemed for any available treatment at the time of redemption and are valid for 3 years, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

12. Product Purchases

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Faulty or damaged products may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law, provided proof of purchase is supplied.

13. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for 3 years unless otherwise specified.

14. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (where legally required) will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued in cash unless the original transaction was made in cash.

15. Acknowledgement

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Luxe Cosmetic Clinic will not be held responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to read these terms carefully.
By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
